Ecole du Patrimoine Africain

The Ecole du Patrimoine Africain, taking note of the exceptional results of the EPA Endowment Fund established to durably support and consolidate the institution based in Porto-Novo in Benin, in order to increase the professional training capacities in Africa in the field of conservation,
- congratulates the ICCROM Secretariat for the work accomplished to reach the goal of EUR 2.25 millions defined at the XXIIIrd General Assembly,
- expresses its gratitude to the governments, foundations, public and private institutions and individuals who contributed to the Fund,
- expresses its deep appreciation in particular to the members of the Honorary Committee who agreed to give their high patronage to the EPA Fund, to the governments of Italy, France and Benin, as well as to the Getty Foundation and the Compagnia di San Paolo whose generous contributions helped to reach the defined goal.
